Trek announces a recall affecting Allant+ 7 electric bicycles equipped with Tektro brakes.

DANGER
The front light or its mounting bracket may interfere with the brake hose manufactured by Tektro, which can cause the rear brake to stop working.

This poses a fall hazard for riders.

Voluntary recall of Maestrale RS and Maestrale ski boots.

October 2019

Scarpa North America has chosen to voluntarily recall (CPSC noRP200006) all Maestrale and Maestrale RS ski boots from Fall 2017. Under certain conditions, the shell of the boot may crack, making it unusable for skiing.

Information notice for Voltair avalanche airbag backpacks.

December 2021

The Arc’teryx quality control team recently discovered an issue with the battery in Voltair 20 L and Voltair 30 L packs that may prevent proper balloon deployment when the battery is exposed to temperatures below -20 °C (-4 °F).

This issue is due to an unexpected change during battery production.

As a result, Arc’teryx has revised the minimum operating temperature limit for Voltair packs from -30 °C (-22 °F) to -20 °C (-4 °F). No other components of the Voltair pack are affected.

G3

Voluntary recall of G3 ION 10, 12, and LT12 bindings from the 2016–2017 season.

October 2017

G3 is conducting a voluntary and precautionary recall of ION 10, 12, and LT12 bindings from winter 2016–2017, sold in North America. No injuries have been reported. The screws on the front section of the heel unit may not have been tightened to G3’s specifications, posing a risk of unintentional release.

Osprey

Recall of Poco, Poco Plus, and Poco Premium models.

April 2017

In cooperation with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Osprey is recalling Poco, Poco Plus, and Poco Premium models manufactured between January 2012 and December 2014 to provide customers with a free seat pad insert for their child carriers.

Trek

Recall of 2015 Trek Farley 6 bikes.

November 2016

Trek is currently recalling 2015 Farley 6 fat bikes. The fork may detach from the steerer tube, creating a fall hazard. Customers are asked to stop using their bikes and contact Trek immediately for a fork replacement.

Voluntary recall of Clif Bar products.

June 2016

Clif Sierra Trail Mix energy bars are currently being recalled due to possible Listeria contamination. The recall affects bars with best-before dates between June 6, 2016, and February 23, 2017. Customers are asked to return the products to the store where they were purchased.
