Conditions of the Free Shipping promotion

During this promotion, free shipping is offered across Quebec on all orders except in the following cases: 
  • Orders containing oversized items. 
  • Orders shipped to remote areas.
  • Gift cards, special orders, and previous purchases.
The promotion cannot be combined or accumulated with any other offer.

Delivery Terms

  • Delivery times are provided as an estimate and may vary depending on order volume, weather conditions, or the carriers. 
  • A signature is required upon delivery for all orders of $250 or more. 
  • The prices above do not include taxes. 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of returns. 
  • Unclaimed packages returned to the distribution center or the carrier will incur reshipping fees at the customer’s expense. 
  • The above rates apply to standard-size parcels (maximum 1 meter and 30 kg or 66 lb). 
  • Any item exceeding these dimensions is considered oversized. 
  • Oversized items will be subject to an additional $30 shipping fee. 
  • For the following product categories, additional shipping fees are automatically applied to online orders: skis, paddle boards, bikes, coolers, and child trailers. 
  • Additionally, extra shipping fees may apply in the following situation: If the shipping fees calculated at the time of online purchase differ from the actual applicable shipping fees. Customer service will contact you by phone or email to inform you of the situation. You will then have the option to keep or cancel your order. 
  • Hazardous products cannot be shipped by mail; you must select the in-store pickup option or shop directly at our stores.

Remote locations not admissible for free shipping

Additional fees apply to regions considered remote. In-Store Pickup Policy

Order your bike, skis, camping equipment, clothing, footwear, and more online and pick up your order for free at the nearest La Cordée store.

Free shipping is available for orders of $69 or more.

How does in-store pickup work?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow the delivery of your package in real time.

In-Store Pickup FAQ

Are all products eligible for in-store pickup?

Most products are available for in-store pickup. Some oversized items, such as bicycles, may require special handling.

What is the difference between in-store pickup and delivery?

In-store pickup is free and has no shipping charges, while free home delivery is available only for orders of $69 or more shipped within Canada.

Can I change the in-store pickup location?

No, once the order has been finalized, the store cannot be changed.

Can someone else pick up my order?

At this time, it is not possible to have someone else pick up your order. If you have a specific request, please contact customer service (info@lacordee.com).
How long do I have to pick up my order?
You have 14 days to pick up your order starting from the date you receive the email notifying you that your order is ready. After 14 days, your order will be canceled.
Will all the items be ready at the same time?
Not necessarily, some items may be ready sooner. Please read each of your confirmation emails carefully.
Can I combine delivery and in-store pickup for the same order?
No, you can only select one shipping method per order. To combine both shipping methods, you must place two separate orders.

Return Policy

Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? No worries. Here's everything you need to know about our return policy. 

How to make a return?

For in-store purchases, you have 30 days to return your products to one of our stores in the same condition as at the time of purchase with the invoice (see conditions above for more information).

Did you make an online purchase and want to return your products? You can easily return your products in store or by mail. For online purchases, you have 30 days to return your products in store or by mail in the same condition as at the time of purchase (see conditions above for more information).

To do a return by mail:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The returned product must be in its original packaging in perfect condition.
  • The product must be placed in the original shipping bag or box. If this container is damaged, use the secondary protective packaging (paper, bag, etc.). For example, shoe boxes must be protected by a shipping bag.
  • The return label must completely cover the original shipping label and only one barcode must be visible.
  • Drop off the package at a Postes Canada office or postal counter.
Attention: we reserve the right to refuse a return if the original packaging is damaged.

Do not send your package to a branch other than the one indicated above. No returns will be accepted elsewhere. No returns will be accepted if sent by private courier or cash on delivery (COD).

Have you ordered a product online and want to exchange it?
In this case, it is not possible to make an online exchange, only in store. You must first return the product by mail and then place a new order.
No exchange is possible by mail.

Do you offer free shipping?

Can I track my order using a tracking number?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package in real time.

Do you have a warranty on products purchased at La Cordée?

Yes. If, for a valid reason, you feel that a product purchased from La Cordée does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to return it to us. The product must be in like-new condition and clean (cleaned if necessary), accompanied by proof of purchase and the original packaging. We will arrange for it to be repaired, replaced, or refunded, as appropriate. After this period, the manufacturer’s standard warranty covering manufacturing defects applies. This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. Please contact customer service for more information.

Can I change the shipping method after the order has been placed?

No, once the order has been finalized, you cannot change the shipping method.
