Conditions of the Free Shipping promotion

During this promotion, free shipping is offered across Quebec on all orders except in the following cases: 
  • Orders containing oversized items. 
  • Orders shipped to remote areas.

Delivery Terms

  • Delivery times are provided as an estimate and may vary depending on order volume, weather conditions, or the carriers. 
  • A signature is required upon delivery for all orders of $250 or more. 
  • The prices above do not include taxes. 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of returns. 
  • Unclaimed packages returned to the distribution center or the carrier will incur reshipping fees at the customer’s expense. 
  • The above rates apply to standard-size parcels (maximum 1 meter and 30 kg or 66 lb). 
  • Any item exceeding these dimensions is considered oversized. 
  • Oversized items will be subject to an additional $30 shipping fee. 
  • For the following product categories, additional shipping fees are automatically applied to online orders: skis, paddle boards, bikes, coolers, and child trailers. 
  • Additionally, extra shipping fees may apply in the following situation: If the shipping fees calculated at the time of online purchase differ from the actual applicable shipping fees. Customer service will contact you by phone or email to inform you of the situation. You will then have the option to keep or cancel your order. 
  • Hazardous products cannot be shipped by mail; you must select the in-store pickup option or shop directly at our stores.

Remote locations not admissible for free shipping

Additional fees apply to regions considered remote. In-Store Pickup Policy

Order your bike, skis, camping equipment, clothing, footwear, and more online and pick up your order for free at the nearest La Cordée store.

Can I change the pickup store after placing my order?

Yes. If, for a valid reason, you consider that a product purchased at La Cordée does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to return it to us. The product must be in new and clean condition (cleaned if necessary), accompanied by proof of purchase and the original packaging. We will take care of having it repaired, replaced, or refunded, as the case may be. Beyond this period, the manufacturer's normal warranty covering manufacturing defects applies. This warranty does not cover abuse, accidental breakage, or normal wear and tear. Please contact customer service to learn more.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Currently, only the person who placed the order may pick it up. For special requests, contact customer service at info@lacordee.com.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
You have 14 days after the pickup notification to collect your order. After that, it will be canceled.
Will all items be ready at the same time?
Not necessarily. Some items may be ready sooner. Read each confirmation email carefully.
Can I combine delivery and pickup in one order?
No, you must choose only one delivery method per order. To combine both, place two separate orders.

Return Policy

Items can be returned until January 26, 2026, for the holiday season. No price adjustments on promotions for Black Friday week, Cyber Monday, and holiday sales. No exchanges or refunds on safety equipment and GPS devices.

How to make a return?

For in-store purchases, you have 30 days to return your products to one of our stores, in the same condition as when you purchased, with the receipt (see the conditions above for more information).

If you made an online purchase and would like to return your products, no problem, there's no need to come to the store. You can easily return your items by mail. For online purchases, you have 30 days to return your products by mail in the same condition as when you purchased (see the conditions above for more information).

Here's how:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • The returned product must be in its original packaging in perfect condition.
  • The product must be placed in the original packaging or box. If this container is damaged, use the secondary protective layer  (paper, bag, etc.). For example, shoe boxes must be protected with a shipping bag.
  • The return label must completely cover the original shipping label, and only one barcode should be visible.
  • Drop off your parcel at a Canada Post office or postal counter.

Please note: we reserve the right to refuse a return if the original packaging is damaged.

Do not send your package to any other La Cordée location. Returns elsewhere will not be accepted. Returns sent by a private courier or C.O.D. (collect on delivery) will not be accepted.

Would you like to exchange a product you ordered online?

Unfortunately, online exchanges are not possible. You must first return the product by mail, then place a new order.
