Membership

Membership in the program is free and no initial purchase is required to become a member.
Anyone who has reached the age of majority in their country, province or territory of residence, or who has obtained the consent of their parents or legal guardian, may register and participate in the program by following the registration procedure.
The member must provide complete and accurate information and confirm that they accept these terms and conditions and the La Cordée Privacy Policy published on the website.
The creation of multiple accounts by the same member is strictly prohibited. A member may only hold one account.
Unless otherwise approved in writing by La Cordée, membership is not open to businesses, commercial establishments, charities, partnerships or other entities other than individuals, at the sole discretion of La Cordée.

Free returns only apply if the transaction was made with the email address associated with the membership account.
The return request must be made by email to web@lacordee.com.
Oversized items, as well as returns from remote areas and the following provinces, are excluded: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador.
