How do I sign up?

If the amount of purchases comes to $500 before taxes, mention to the cashier that you wish to finance your purchases. After confirming your telephone number, you’ll receive a text message with a password (within a few seconds) to confirm your identity. You’ll then need to provide a few pieces of information to finish the instant credit approval decision process. If your application is approved, you’ll need to configure your Affirm payment plan and accept payment conditions for the plan you’ve selected. La Cordée is not responsible for the credit approval and cannot alter the final outcome.

I haven’t been successful in receiving Affirm financing. What happened?

Unfortunately, Affirm cannot offer a payment plan to every applicant. This can be due to your credit profile or Affirm’s inability to verify your identity or your payment plan.

How can I track my payments and access my Affirm account?

To view your account information and track upcoming payments, please sign in to the Affirm client portal using the phone number you used to sign up. Having trouble? Please contact the Affirm team.

How do returns work if I paid using Affirm?

Purchases made using Affirm are subject to La Cordée’s standard return policy. All returns will be handled by La Cordée and your Affirm balance will be adjusted accordingly. If La Cordée reimbursed you using a Gift Card, you’ll need to continue reimbursing your payment plan until completed. To find out more about La Cordée returns, see our Return Policy here.
