Frequently Asked Questions

What types of bikes do you repair?

We repair all types of bikes: road, mountain, hybrid, urban, electric, gravel, and more.

Do I need an appointment for a repair?

For quick repairs, you can walk in without an appointment, subject to availability. For full maintenance or major repairs, we recommend calling ahead to avoid waiting.

Do you offer maintenance services for electric bikes?

Yes, our technicians are trained to maintain and repair electric bikes.

How often should I have my bike serviced?

Bike maintenance depends on its usage and riding conditions. For all bikes, an annual service is recommended. Bikes used under harsh conditions or that cover a lot of mileage may require more frequent maintenance.

How do I know if my bike needs repair or maintenance?

If you hear unusual noises, notice less responsive brakes, difficulty shifting gears, or worn-out parts, schedule an appointment immediately. Regularly inspecting your bike helps you spot these issues early.
