In-store returns and exchanges

Purchases made in-store and online can be returned to one of our 5 stores within 30 days of purchase or receipt of order.

Items reduced by 50% or more, are not exchangeable or refundable.

Products must be in new condition and accompanied by proof of purchase and original packaging.

Conditions of refund : Free gift cards, offered as part of a special promotion, will be cancelled on refunds. If the free gift card has been used before your order is refunded, we will deduct the amount of the free gift card from the refund requested.

Returns by mail

We are not responsible for return shipping costs related to items purchased online.

The return label must be affixed to the old shipping label. Only one address and one barcode must appear on the package and the package must be deposited at a Canada Post outlet or postal outlet.

The returned product must be in new condition and accompanied by the original packaging and labels. 
The return must be made in the bag or box in which the product was delivered.
If the bag or box is damaged, the product must be wrapped in paper or a bag to protect it and its original packaging.
Example: Shoe boxes have to be put in a bag.
A fee may be charged or the return may be refused if the customer has damaged the original packaging of the product.

No exchange is possible on purchases made online.. Merchandise must be returned by mail to our distribution centre or in person at one of our branches. Afterwards, please place a new order, if appropriate. 

In order to better protect the merchandise and ensure a smooth return, please inquire with Canada Post about Liability Coverage.

  1. The original packaging
  2. The labels
  3. The product(s) clean or cleaned if necessary
  4. The packing slip or a copy of your invoice

Additional handling charges may apply to shipments of oversized items to remote areas. We will contact you, before shipping, to inform you of the fees, if any.

Warranty

Our guarantee aims to satisfy you 100%.

If, for a valid reason, you consider that a product purchased from La Cordée is not up to your expectations, you have 14 days to return it to us. The product must be in new and clean condition (cleaned if necessary), accompanied by a proof of purchase and the original packaging. We will arrange for repair, replacement or refund, as the case may be. Beyond this period, the normal manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects will apply. This warranty does not cover abuse, accidental breakage or normal wear and tear. Please contact customer service for more information.
