Privilege Member Contest – Spin the Wheel

Article 1: DURATION OF THE CONTEST

The “Privilege Member – Spin the Wheel” contest (the “Contest”) is organised by La Cordée (“the Organiser”). It begins on 15 June 2026 at 00:01 and ends on 21 June 2026 at 23:59 (the “Contest Period”), Montreal time.

Article 2: ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the Contest, an individual must be a resident of Canada and have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, and must be a member of the La Cordée Privilege Program as of the start of the Contest. 

The following are not eligible to enter the Contest:
a) employees, representatives and agents of La Cordée MAPAC Inc., including its subsidiaries, partners and affiliated companies (collectively the “Sponsor”);
b) employees, representatives and agents of the Sponsor’s advertising and promotional agencies; 
c) the immediate family of any of the persons mentioned above or persons with whom they reside. 

Entry into the contest constitutes acceptance of these rules. Any non-compliant entry or attempt to disrupt the conduct of the contest may result in the participant’s disqualification.

This Contest is governed by applicable federal and provincial laws. It is void where prohibited by law.

Article 3: USE OF INFORMATION

Personal information collected in connection with the contest will be used solely for the administration of the contest and in accordance with La Cordée’s Privacy Policy.

Article 4: CONTEST ANNOUNCEMENT

The Contest will be communicated by newsletter to members of the La Cordée Privilege Member Program. The complete rules of the Competition are available on the Competition Rules link on the La Cordée website.

Article 5: HOW TO ENTER

  1. To enter the contest, La Cordée members must click on the link in the contest newsletter, enter the email address linked to their La Cordée member profile, and spin the virtual wheel.
  2. No purchase necessary. To enter the Contest, participants must have registered for the La Cordée Privilege Membership Program free of charge in one of our shops or on our website.
  3. One (1) entry to the Contest per La Cordée Privilege Member.

La Cordée cannot be held responsible for incorrect email addresses or for emails not being delivered due to a technical issue.

Article 6: PRIZES

1. Each eligible entrant may spin the wheel once (1). The wheel randomly awards one of the following promotional benefits:
a. Free delivery on their next order 
b. A discount (10%, 15% or 20%) on their next order (exclusions apply; see the Terms and Conditions page on lacordee.com) 
2. Each eligible participant receives one entry into a prize draw to win a mystery prize (10 prizes available with a total approximate value of $1160). 
a. 5x La Cordée gift cards worth $75 
b. 5x product sets (La Cordée and XACT product sets) with an approximate value of $130 3.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Article 7: SELECTION OF WINNERS

On 22 June 2026 at 1.00 pm, the Contest Organiser will select the winners of the mystery prizes. The draw will take place from among the Contest entrants.*
The winners will be selected at the offices of La Cordée, located at: 625 Sainte-Catherine Street West, Suite 1200, Montreal (QC) H3B 1B7.

Article 8: AWARDING OF PRIZES

In order to be declared a winner and claim their prize, any person selected for a prize must:
a) Be contacted by email within three (3) days (72 hours) of the date the prize is awarded; any selected entrant who cannot be contacted following appropriate and reasonable efforts made by the Contest Organiser during this 72-hour period will be disqualified; 
b) Demonstrate that they meet all the requirements of this Contest; 
The winner will be informed of the procedures for claiming their prize within two (2) to four (4) working days of receiving the email. 
Should the winner decline to accept their prize, the Contest Organiser shall have no obligation to award it and may, at its discretion, reallocate the prize by drawing another winner at random from all eligible entries received for this Contest. If this new person, chosen at random from all eligible entries, cannot be contacted within 72 hours of their name being drawn, their entry will be deemed void and a new person will be selected. If, after three (3) people have been selected, none of these people can be contacted after reasonable attempts within 72 hours for each of these people, the prize will be considered void and the Organiser will cancel the award.
By accepting a prize, the winner releases the Organiser from any liability arising from the use of the prize.

Article 9: LIABILITY

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the contest in the event of circumstances beyond its control. 
  2. La Cordée cannot be held liable in the event of internet access issues. 
  3. Whilst La Cordée makes every effort to provide users with available and verified information or tools, it cannot be held liable for errors (including display errors on the Contest website), a lack of available information or the presence of viruses on the website. 
  4. Any fraud or breach of these rules may result in the perpetrator’s exclusion from the contest, and La Cordée reserves the right, where appropriate, to take legal action against them.
