In addition to getting an elaborate training and doing of outdoor activities regularly, our advisors are invited to take part in a variety of activities organized by the company to further develop their expertise. A sports introduction program has been created to allow employees to discover new sports, such as snowshoeing, road and mountain biking, skiing, surfing, climbing, paraski, hiking, kayaking and telemark, to name a few. During these outings, the company pays for all expenses†: accommodation, transportation and entrance tickets. Thus, our advisors can try out sports they perhaps would not have normally tried and gain precious experience, at no cost.
