If, for a valid reason, you feel that a product purchased at La Cordée does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to return it, clean (cleaned if necessary) and accompanied by a proof of purchase and the original packaging. We will make sure the product is either repaired, replaced or refunded, according to the situation.
Beyond this initial 30-days period, the manufacturer's standard warranty covering manufacturing defects applies. The warranty does not apply to damage or failure due to accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, or theft.
We do not accept returns on safety equipment, bicycles, boats, skis, swimwear, GPS, software nor underwear.
Socks, cycling shorts, helmets (for watersports, cycling, climbing or skiing), water filters, books and topographic maps can be exchanged or refunded only if they are new, i.e. that they have never been used and are returned with their original labels and packaging.
