Not sure which model or if you really need this outdoor gear? Rent it. 3 outdoor gear rental centers: Montreal, Laval and Saint-Hubert. Weekends start on Tuesdays and pay only 2 days of rental for your outdoor gear.

Rental Procedures
At La Cordée, weekend starts on Thursday. Yes, if you are renting gear for saturday and sunday, we will let you pick it up starting Thursday 3 p.m. It still has to be returned by Monday 1 p.m. La Cordée offers you quality equipment for your outdoor adventures at low cost. We now have 3 activity and rental centres to better serve you, one in each of our store : Montreal, Laval and St-Hubert. Equipment rented in a particular store must be returned at the exact same store.

How to reserve your equipment?
Reserve your equipment by visiting our store or by calling (514) 524-1106 or 1 800 567-1106. You must pay the entire fee at the time of the equipment rental. You are also required to leave a deposit when taking possession of the equipment. The deposit is reimbursed when the equipment is returned.

  • We accept only major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) for deposits.

  • You must pay the entire rental fee to reserve an item.

  • To obtain a reimbursement in case of a cancellation or a prematured return, you have to advise La Cordée 48 hours in advance.

  • You must reserve your shoes in store to ensure it fits properly.

  • Rented items can be picked up as of 3:00 p.m. the day before an activity and returned as late as 1:00 p.m. the following day. For a whole weekend, the rental gear can be picked up as early as Thursday, 3 p.m.

  • A fee equivalent of twice the single day rate per days late per item will be charged or subtracted from your deposit for any delays in returning rented equipment.

  • A boat or ski rental includes all the equipment needed to perform the activity.

  • Gear has to be brought back at the exact store where it was rented.

  • Rental gear photos identified on the website can differ from those in store

  • In order to better serve our customers, we limit the reservations to maximum, 6 items of the same category during weekend rentals. (Thursday through Monday)

  • Please take note that canoes, sea kayaks and car roofs cargo boxes are only available at our Laval and St-Hubert store.
